In the unlikely event you are not happy with the purchase, you may return it for a refund within 12 days of receiving the original order to either ourselves using the downloadable returns form on our website at your own cost or directly.
We suggest you obtain a receipt from the post office as the item remains yours property until it is received back at our warehouse.
All items must be unworn, in a resaleable condition with all tags still attached and in the original packing. We inspect all returns and if we believe any of the above has not been adhered to, we can return the item to you at your own cost.
Please note if you refuse to pay for an item to be returned we reserve the right to dispose of it within 28 days.
Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. Our decision regarding the condition of the returned goods is final.
If the returned goods are found to be faulty, defective or not the ordered product we will refund the total cost of the item plus the original postage. To avoid situations when you claims the item is faulty, defective or not the ordered product we suggest you first make a photographic evidence to assist you in deciding your next step.
We do not refund any postage costs for returning a faulty, defective or not the product ordered items but if we can see from photographic evidence supplied by you that there is a fault we can issue a pre paid label by email for you.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then you should place a new order.
-IMPORTANT: before you returns any item/s back to us we will send you a Microsoft Word document and you should include the document with the item/s. If you will returns the item/s without the Microsoft Word document the item/s will not be procesed and will send back tou you at your own cost.
